What we ask for
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and a short message so we can respond. We do not ask for a phone number, payment details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive customer records. Please do not include those in your message.
When information is sent
When you submit our enquiry form, Cloudflare processes your name, email, service interest, message and consent. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, including processing browser and network signals. Our server validates the enquiry and sends it through SMTP2GO to our business inbox. We do not keep an enquiry database or intentionally log message contents. For abuse prevention we keep hourly hashed network-address counters for up to one hour; these are not used for advertising. Email providers retain messages and delivery records under their policies. You can also email us directly.
Use and retention
We use messages to answer questions, discuss a project, keep records of agreed work and meet legal obligations. We do not automatically subscribe enquirers to marketing, sell enquiry data, or use it to train an AI model. We review information and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, subject to records required by law.
Providers and overseas processing
Our business email addresses forward through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Google Gmail inbox. We use SMTP2GO to deliver outgoing email. Our selected public host is Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection, security and request logs when the website is deployed. Cloudflare, Google and SMTP2GO services may process information outside Australia; countries and arrangements depend on the service and account configuration. Tracking and storage
No analytics, advertising pixel or social-media embed is installed. Cloudflare Turnstile provides security checks on enquiry forms. Your browser can store an essential privacy-preference choice. Social links open another website only when selected. Read the cookies policy or review your choices.
Access, correction and complaints
Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may need enough information to verify a request without unnecessary identification. We will explain any lawful reason we cannot fully meet it. If we cannot resolve a concern, you may contact the OAIC, where its jurisdiction applies.
Future client systems
Projects processing customer or employee information need separately agreed data-handling requirements, access permissions and provider arrangements. This policy does not authorise uploading client databases or granting access to business systems.
