Your rights come first
Nothing here limits remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law. Services supplied to a consumer must meet applicable consumer guarantees. Depending on the problem, remedies can include having a problem fixed, cancellation, a refund or compensation. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Cancellation and change of mind
Contact us promptly to pause or cancel work. Charges for completed work, non-recoverable third-party costs, deposits and unused work must be addressed in the agreed proposal and remain subject to law. We will explain the work and costs rather than assume every deposit is automatically non-refundable.
If something is wrong
Email [email protected] with your project reference, the problem and requested outcome. Include only information needed to assess it. We will review the facts and discuss an appropriate remedy. A provider’s own policy does not remove our legal responsibilities.
Future subscriptions
No recurring plan is currently sold here. Any future subscription must explain price, renewal, cancellation and access before purchase. We will update this page when such a service is introduced.
