What we will publish
Feedback must come from someone who experienced the service, with permission to share their words and identifying details. We disclose relevant incentives or relationships and do not fabricate ratings, customer names or results.
How pilots build evidence
We agree a useful measure before work begins, such as handling time, missing information or review effort. Findings should explain the period, sample and limitations. Workflow demos are labelled as examples.

To provide feedback or correct something published, email [email protected]. Feedback may be positive, mixed or critical. We do not ask for a particular rating.
